Terms of Service

This document is a public offer under Article 369 of the Civil Code of Uzbekistan. Installing and using the App means you accept these Terms.

1. Definitions

App — the "Ratsion" mobile application.
User — an individual using the App.
Provider — the App's owner (see contacts below).
VIP plan — paid subscription (UZS 39,000/month, UZS 399,000/year).
Lunch marketplace — diet lunch ordering, VIP-only.

2. What the App does

Daily calorie + macro tracking
Food search (Open Food Facts)
Barcode scanning
AI-based food photo analysis
Weight log
VIP only: personalized health advice + lunch orders

3. Registration

You register with a real email or Google account.
Users under 16 may not register.
False data may lead to account suspension.

4. Paid services (VIP plan)

4.1. Pricing

Monthly: UZS 39,000 — valid 30 days.
Yearly: UZS 399,000 — valid 365 days (~15% off).

4.2. What you get

Unlimited daily AI food scans
Lunch marketplace access (UZS 40,000 per set)
Personal health profile + AI advice

4.3. Payment

Payment via Click or Payme (integration in progress).
Temporarily: payment handled manually via admin; VIP activated manually.
Auto-renewal will activate once Click/Payme integration is complete.

4.4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel VIP anytime.
No refund for remaining days of the paid period.
Refunds only for technical failures on our side (pro-rated).

5. Lunch marketplace

5.1. Ordering

Lunch orders — VIP only.
Single set price: UZS 40,000.
Before placing, you provide address and phone.

5.2. Delivery

Delivered around lunchtime (12:00-14:00) on the order day.
Coverage: Tashkent city (more cities later).
Delivery cost included in the set price.

5.3. Returns and cancellation

You may cancel before the order reaches "Confirmed".
Full refund for defective or non-delivered food.
Complaints — within 24 hours of the order.

6. Health disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The App is not medical advice. Calorie counts and health suggestions are informational only. For diabetes, heart conditions, pregnancy, allergies, or any medical condition — consult a doctor.

7. User obligations

Use the App for personal purposes only
Do not hack other accounts or attack the service
Do not upload harmful or illegal content
Do not insult other users or staff
Do not copy or resell materials

8. Limitation of liability

For outages, data loss, AI errors — liability is limited.
Max liability: the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Force majeure (internet, cloud provider) — no liability.

9. Intellectual property

Design, code, AI prompts, branding — Provider's property. Copying, resale, reverse engineering are forbidden.

10. Account deletion and suspension

You may permanently delete your account anytime via Profile → Settings.
Provider may suspend accounts without notice for Terms violations.

11. Changes

Terms may change. New version is published here and announced in the App. Continued use = acceptance.

12. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan.
Disputes — first by negotiation.
Otherwise — Tashkent Economic Court.
